It’s unfortunate how the final season has played out. I’m still enjoying it quite a bit overall, but it helps having read the manga (and being a pretty big fan of it despite the problems with how the ending comes together). Waiting until next year is brutal though.

I sure hope we get more of this anime someday! But I agree with 666 that this is a pretty satisfying place to end it if we don't end up getting more. I'd also love to be able to check out the manga, but AFAIK there isn't an official translation. I'd totally buy up all the volumes of Ousama Ranking if there were an official translation. It'd be cool if the anime generated enough buzz that a publisher decided it would be worthwhile to make that happen...

I loved the action in episode 19 (Big Four vs. Ouken) And yeah, it got even better in episode 21! These fight sequences were amazing.

86 had a nice ending. The last couple minutes were worth the wait IMO. I hope there is not a second season though I’ve had enough.
